Playful Arts & Learning Early Years Integrated Arts Curriculum (PAL) provides captivating, imaginative activities integrating children’s literature, classical music, dramatic play, creative movement, yoga, and mindfulness.
At the heart of every lesson are core values we deeply cherish: kindness, respect, empathy, generosity, inclusivity, diversity, gratitude, and leadership, and many more.
Through play and exploration, students will build life skills leading them to be inquisitive, creative, and confident. Discover meaningful activities that stimulate the imagination and bring out the best in every child!
Playful Arts & Learning Plus (PAL+)
Age Level: 3-7 (PreK – Gr 2)
Subscription Options: Monthly or Annual
PAL+ is an advanced, more comprehensive curriculum. We are pleased to offer both. Our Gift to You (below) is two complimentary weeks of PAL+ content, to receive a better understanding of our PAL+ Subscription.
It includes ALL the wonderful features of the PAL Subscription with two additional weekly components. 16 lessons per month with baby/toddler modifications. PAL+ Components consist of: Classical Music, Drama, Yoga Adventures and Creative Movement.

About Our Team
The Playful Arts & Learning Team consists of six internationally recognized music and movement specialists from the FWC Team, many with 30+ years of experience!
Our specialists have taught early childhood to Grade 6 in both public and private school settings, including Montessori, English, Francophone, French Immersion, and Spanish Immersion schools. We are privileged to have choral and dance specialists and a Certified Power Yoga Canada Instructor on our team.
PAL team members have also shared their expertise as instructors for university courses and as international clinicians. They have worked with many of the finest symphony orchestras, operas, and choirs throughout the country.
